This product is always used in traditional engines. It has a brushless fan, whose speed is controlled by the controller according to different control strategies.
This cooling system has always a water radiator and an intercooler arranged in parallel;
a. Low unit energy consumption and sufficient fuel combustion: This product has 5% -10%, even over 10% because the fan works less especially in winter, lower fuel consumption (the higher the engine power, the more fuel it saves) than conventional engines (cooled by a belt-driven fan);
b. Long engine service life: This cooling system keeps the engine running at optimal temperature, thus reducing cold wear and extending the engine service life;
c. Compared with traditional products, the fans of the radiator and intercooler in such product can control the temperature separately to ensure that both of them are in the optimal state. By effectively controlling the gas inlet temperature of the engine, this product can effectively reduce the exhaust emission and environmental pollution;
d. Small space: The arrangement of the water radiator and intercooler in parallel effectively saves the mounting space.
