This product is always used in hybrid electric bus. It has a brushless fan, whose speed is controlled by the controller according to different control strategies.
This cooling system consists of an engine radiator, motor radiator, intercooler and cooling fan. The engine radiator, motor radiator and intercooler are always arranged in parallel;
a. Low unit energy consumption and sufficient fuel combustion: This product has 5% -10%, even over 10% because the fan can run at low speed or stop, lower fuel consumption (the higher the engine power, the more fuel it saves) than conventional engines (cooled by a belt-driven fan);
b. Long engine service life: This cooling system keeps the assemblies, such as engine, generator, electric motor, motor controller, etc., running at optimal temperature, thus reducing cold wear and extending the engine service life;
c. Compared with traditional products, the fans of the engine radiator, motor radiator and intercooler in such product can control the temperature separately to ensure that all of them are in the optimal state. By effectively controlling the gas inlet temperature of the engine, this product can effectively reduce the exhaust emission and environmental pollution;
