Application：

This product is used for high-power engines in special vehicles, with the fans driven by electric motors.

Structure:

The cooling system mainly consists of an engine radiator, motor radiator, intercooler, strong structure fan housing, cooling fan, bracket and drive motor. The fan has a suction structure. Structurally, the cooling modules in this system are arranged in a hybrid way, i.e., the engine radiator is installed along with the generator radiator in series, and then along with the intercooler in parallel, i.e., the cooling air is divided into two streams, one stream flows through the motor radiator core first and then through the engine radiator core, and the other stream flows through the intercooler core.

Characteristics:

a. Low wind resistance and high reliability;

b. To meet the requirements for weight of the entire vehicle, this product is designed to have no frame. The wind housing acts as a structural component. The entire cooling assembly is installed on the carriage by the wind housing;

c. To reach the heat dissipation performance, a high voltage fan is selected to work at the voltage of 540 V.
