Application:

This product is used for high-power engines in special vehicles, with an electronic fan.

Structure:

The cooling system mainly consists of an engine radiator, intercooler, aluminum alloy frame, fan housing, and electronic fan. The fan has a suction type structure. The radiator and intercooler are arranged in parallel, i.e., the cooling air flows through the engine radiator core and intercooler core at a time.

Characteristics:

a. Low wind resistance and high reliability;

b. The entire vehicle has a given weight, so the frame is designed to be as light as possible on the premise of ensuring the reliability, i.e., the assembly frame is made of aluminum alloy material;

c. In order to improve the cooling performance, the intercooler is designed to have a U-shaped structure of front core and rear core, which are different in thickness, effectively improving the heat radiation efficiency.
