This cooling system consists of a radiator, cooling fan, controller, etc;
1) Small amount of released ion: The amount of released ion of the product is controlled to less than 5μs/cm by strictly selecting the raw materials, specially welding, cleaning the internal cavity, and treating the surface. The galvanic pile can safely operate due to extremely small amount of released ion.
2) Excellent heat radiation efficiency: With optimized design, the product has 8% -10% higher heat radiation performance, 20% lower wind resistance and 25%-30% smaller weight than conventional radiators, thus reducing the speed of the fan and the noise level of the system. The heat management system developed by the company has a unique control strategy, and the fan speed can be adjusted gently and uniformly to minimize the impact of current surges on the system.
3) Long service life: By developing a heating system that matches the hydrogen fuel battery system, the problem of coolant ion and gas release has been solved. By utilizing the waste heat generated during the operation of the hydrogen fuel battery, the heating system is turned on to increase the temperature inside the vehicle without impact on the driving distance in winter. A better heat management system helps to improve the service life of hydrogen fuel battery system, while a more reasonable comprehensive utilization of heat is conducive to energy conservation and emission reduction of the system.
