Application:

This product is used in traditional fuel or gas engines. It has a mechanical fan driven by a motor.

Structure:

This cooling system mainly consists of a jacket water radiator, medium cold water radiator (or pressurized air-to-air cooler), fuel cooler, motor and fan, radiator frame and motor frame, electrical parts, etc. The water radiator, intercooler, and oil cooler are arranged in series or parallel. The fan is driven by the motor, and combined by the frames with the radiator, intercooler, fuel cooler, etc.

This product consists of a radiator, intercooler, fuel cooler, etc. By optimizing the design and selecting the reasonable size and thickness of each heat exchanger, each heat exchanger is kept in the optimal working range, not only ensuring the heat radiation performance, but also reducing the product volume and mounting space. This product can control the inlet and outlet water temperature or gas inlet and outlet temperature of the engine by controlling the speed or number of motors, thus saving energy and reducing consumption.
