Application:

This product is always used in traditional diesel engines. It has a mechanical fan, which is always directly connected to the engine.

Structure:

This cooling system mainly consists of water radiator, intercooler, oil cooler (hydraulic oil radiator and/or transmission oil radiator), expansion tank and cooling fan. It has a blowing structure. The water radiator and intercooler are installed in parallel, and the hydraulic oil radiator and water radiator are installed in series, i.e. the cooling air flows through the water radiator and intercooler core in the fan housing before the air from the radiator is emitted through the hydraulic oil radiator core and the air from the intercooler is emitted directly. The water radiator and intercooler are installed in parallel;

Characteristics:

a. Low wind resistance and high reliability;

b. The product works in harsh environment. Therefore, the radiator is designed to prevent blockage and have a dust net. The dust net is fixed to the hydraulic oil radiator frame through a plug-in structure. When the hydraulic oil radiator locking apparatus is opened, the dust net can flip outward along with the hydraulic oil radiator. The dust net is pulled out before cleaned;

c. One end of the oil radiator is hinged to the side frame of the water radiator, and the other end is locked to the support frame between the water radiator and the intercooler. The oil radiator can be opened and closed freely from the door to easily remove dirt. A buffer rubber block and a limit block are installed at the closures of the oil radiator and water radiator. This product has the following characteristics: (1) when the hydraulic oil radiator is closed, the hydraulic oil radiator will generate an impact force on the water radiator, and the rubber block can effectively play a buffering role; and (2) the limit block can guide when the hydraulic oil radiator is closed and bear a load when the hydraulic oil radiator is locked.
